Oversaw design elements for all exterior planning and architecture

Created concept and design for the show stopping piece featured in the Florida flagship Orchard store. Ombre colored shovels suspended in main entry way, creating a chandelier of shovels.

Led design, merchandising and execution of "Project Merchandising" for Orchard; partnering dynamic signage with key sku's to drive sales based on customer insights.

Sourced materials, artist and led installation of brick wall and custom mural painting

Redesigned Nursery entrance, layout and decor to be more female friendly and customer centric

In order to enhance the fashion plumbing presentation and shopping experience I led the design and project implementation of this prototype. This project was completed on time, on budget and delivered double digit increases in highlighted categories.

In order to maintain the store environment, this new concept needed to be delivered in the same lineal space that was existing for the categories. While working cross-functionally, I was able to manage the strategy, design and build of this project. This included selecting all fixture, lighting, flooring and design finishes and specifications, managing the construction/build and installation, timeline and budget.

Blending heritage and modern elements to achieve a neighborhood store design Awarded 1st place Large Format Specialty Store by Retail Design Institute; 2014

Redesigned service desk decor, layout and experience to create enhanced customer experience and interactive opportunities

Updated Tools and Demo areas to be more customer centric, adding interaction and DIY focus

Created concept design and oversaw installation

Urban market location merchandising and store layout; worked with Merchant team to assort and lay out store to meet needs of the unique customer base

Developed decor elements and worked with third party vendors to create and install. Created decor and fixture floor plans to maximize traffic flow, customer interaction and overallexperience.

Led concept and design of custom bridge to join two buildings in urban setting with architecture and construction teams

Concept and fixture design; goal to create "retro and nostalgic" impulse candy presentation

Styling and lifestyle merchandising

Photo styling for Holiday catalog and in-store materials

Led concept and installation; worked with local artist to create custom piece for downtown San Francisco location Preserved and enhanced original brick wall and architectural elements from existing space

Refreshed presentation of merchandise to capture additional customer segments; worked with Merchant team to create maximum sales performance bases on sales data and merchandising principles; resulted in double digit sub-category increases
